You can return ir within 15 calendar days of receipt of the order at the address provided without justification.
In case you want to return your order you must send it by courier or ordinary mail to our address Mamitis Tailor S.L., Carrer de Marià Cubí, 155 Bajo, 08021 assuming the cost of return shipping and we will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method used in the purchase, after verifying that the returned garments are in perfect condition and labeled correctly.
In case you want to make an exchange, you can send us the garments by courier or ordinary mail to our address Mamitis Tailor S.L., Carrer de Marià Cubí, 155 Bajo, 08021 assuming the cost of shipping and once received, we will make the exchange and send you the new garments without additional shipping costs for you. We advise you to send us an email beforehand to info@mamitis.es indicating the order number and the change you wish to make.
