You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the order without any justification.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquires material possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the event of a withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods and verified that they are in perfect condition.

You must return or deliver the goods to Mamitis Tailor S.L, Carrer de Marià Cubí, 155 bajo, 08021, Barcelona.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
